This is a blog about Personal Growth

As a therapist, it’s kind of the nature of what we do, whether it's ourselves or with our clients. I know Three years ago, I started on a journey of personal growth, that culminated in me dating my true ten, starting this business, and along the way losing a whole lot of weight.

But that’s enough about me. This is a blog for growth and development, and really a chance for you to work through the frustrations you’re feeling. I get it, I’ve been frustrated in my dating life, overwhelmed with the emotions of dating a true ten, wanting to go on that dream vacation, and at a job that wasn’t just doing it for me.

We all have frustrations, what are yours?

We have to work through, but that’s how we grow. We grow through working through it. If you follow this blog post, the last two blog posts have been about our behavior being the skill, and the skill being in the details. When you think about it, when you continue to apply and work at those details and that behavior that’s how we grow.

Look, before i get into the nitty gritty, I just want to say, I think it’s kind of cool your here, yes selfishly, because you found my page, but also because you know you are frustrated and want to work through it, and that’s what growth is all about it, if you can work through one challenge, than you can work through another.

So ask yourself…

“What Challenges do I want to work through?” Do I want to work through the challenge of going out and talking to girls, and making my dating profile better?

Do I want to work through the challenge of not being angry with my wife, or not being jealous, needy, and insecure with my girlfriend.

I get it, guys, if you are a guy, single, dating, and or in a relationship, these are challenges we have to work through, but I want you to work through them and grow, so you can keep growing in all of the other areas of your life.

Working through it is like going to the gym.

You put the time in, you do the sets, the reps, and the exercises. It’ll take a good six months to really change your life, and you can look back and go Holy Shit, I was almost a different person.

That’s why in my work as a therapist, I work with you to understand those frustrations, and at the same time, pick out those simple solutions that move you forward and work through that challenge, whether it’s that dream vacation, starting that business, or dating your true ten.

This week’s a short one, but hey, life is simple, we make it complicated. Besides simple actions, equals simple results
